Guido has been helping buyers and sellers navigate
the Chicago real estate market since 2015. He is a broker with
@properties Christie’s International Real Estate and co-leads the REV
Group with Alexa Hara. Together, they lead a team of 11 agents
recognized among Chicagoland’s top real estate teams.
Guido works with buyers, sellers, and investors
across Chicago and select suburbs. His experience includes luxury condos
and townhomes, boutique new construction, multi-unit investments,
rentals, and homes with development potential. He is proud to serve
Chicago’s LGBTQ+ community and welcomes every client with attentive,
respectful service.
Before beginning his real estate career, Guido
spent 25 years in mortgage lending, including new-construction
condominium financing in Washington, D.C., and lending at a credit union
in Portland, Oregon. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from
Northern Illinois University. His lending background gives him a strong
understanding of the financial details that shape a real estate
transaction.
Guido’s recognition includes a feature in

in 2021/22, the CAR Individual Top Producer Award, and recognition among
the Real Producers
Magazine Top 100. He ranks among the top 1% of agents in
Chicago and the top 5% nationally. His average list-to-sale price is
